We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below:
Due to the nature of our products (coal, firewood, gas stoves), we only accept returns for:
Damaged items upon delivery.
Incorrect items received.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we’ve inspected and approved your return, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Used or partially consumed products.
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
